Abstract
This article analyzes the effectiveness of using modern information resources in the process of training specialized translators. In particular, it highlights the role of terminological databases and termbanks, online translators, and media resources in the development of translation competence. The research findings indicate that these tools not only improve the accuracy, speed, and quality of translation, but also contribute to the formation of students’ independent working skills and professional adaptability. Furthermore, the effective use of information resources is an important factor in developing a translator’s linguistic and intercultural competence.
