DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE ENGLISH-BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM TO REDUCE COMMUNICATION RISKS IN INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of English as a universal working language in reducing communication risks in international projects. The study highlights the importance of establishing an English-based communication system to ensure effective information exchange, mutual understanding, and collaboration among project participants from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Particular attention is paid to the impact of language proficiency, intercultural communication, digital communication tools, and standardized communication strategies on minimizing risks in project management. The findings contribute to optimizing communication processes and improving management efficiency in international projects.
