Abstract
This thesis analyzes the possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies in developing the skills of understanding texts in primary school mother tongue textbooks. The study substantiates the possibility of developing students' skills in analyzing the text, understanding its content, and expressing independent opinions using digital tools based on artificial intelligence. It is also shown that the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the primary education process is an effective tool for improving reading literacy.
