Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of algorithmization as a fundamental basis for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into modern orthopedic practice. The article demonstrates an effective algorithm that allows for the optimization of a pediatric orthopedist's workflow and ensures a personalized approach to diagnosing common pathologies: flatfoot, lordoz, kyphosis, and scoliosis in children.
