Abstract
The article proposes an expert system algorithm designed to form fair water limits for farmers under conditions of water scarcity. The introduction analyzes the relevance of the water allocation problem and reviews scientific approaches related to the topic. The Methods section presents the decision- making procedure based on criteria, a rule base, and mathematical expressions. The Results section demonstrates the algorithm’s ability to determine limits automatically, consistently, and transparently.
