Abstract
This article examines the current issues in managing modern intelligent systems based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Key difficulties related to model interpretability, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and functioning under uncertainty are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the issues of human interaction with intelligent systems, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of their use. The main approaches to improving the efficiency of managing such systems and the prospects for their further development are considered.
